The PgMP® Exam prep course is intended for program management candidates seeking the PgMP® credential. Our PgMP® Exam prep course like most others, does not cover the real-life application of the program management processes, but rather is designed to teach you how to pass the PgMP® Exam.
Our PgMP® Exam prep course is conducted over three days and has an associated registration fee of:

- $1,795 - Public course not conducted in Austin, TX

Synopsis
As a result of taking this course, you will be able to describe the PMI's perspective on how program management is conducted – including the phases and processes of a program and the three themes of program management. You will also become familiar with the types of questions asked on the PgMP® Exam and develop an approach to use when you do not know the answer to a specific exam question.
Our PgMP® Exam Preparation course is for the program manager who has an understanding of program management and is preparing to take the PgMP® Exam.
