Terminus' training offerings are designed to maximize both professional growth and company investment. We are committed to your advancement in project management and you company's success in consulting engagements. Whether you and/or your company is interested in the PMI credential recognizing knowledge in program/project management principles or empowering you and your entire consulting team to successfully lead consulting engagements for your company, Terminus has a course designed for you.
Terminus' PMP® and PgMP® prep courses are designed to meet the needs of busy managers focused on achieving success in the minimum time frame. If you are up to the task, you can undertake a complete exam prep course in 4 days or less, (depending on the credential). There are 7 to 9 contact hours scheduled for each day depending on the course.
All classroom-training days include a combination of handouts, work group and individual exercises, lots of reading and Q&A sessions to help break up the intensity of the day. Each day also includes several small exams and evening readings. The courses conclude with a complete review session plus a practice examination for the specific credential targeted by the course.
