What tips can you share to help me study for the PgMP®?
Register as a member and then navigate to the download-center http://www.terminus.net/download-center/

From there click on Project Templates. On the Project Templates page you will find a link for PgMP Flash cards. Download and print them. Then locate the link for Process Mapping. Download and print it. You will need 39 copies of the blank process mapping page.

Now, read the PgMP Standard from the PMI. As you read it, write down the inputs and outputs. You will need the PMBOK® to locate applicable Tools & Techniques. If you can't find any T&Ts don't stress, the exam doesn't test you on simple book knowledge. Rather, it tests your ability to apply information to scenarios.

In order to answer the exam questions, you must first have a firm grasp of the processes, their purpose, inputs and outputs. Writing them down will help you considerably.

Use the flash cards to reinforce what you wrote down. If you only use the flash cards, go ahead now and plan to take the exam a 2nd time.

What is Productive Consulting Training?
The Productive Consulting Training Series is a customizable training course. The course duration can be from 4 to 16 hours. Each customer has the opportunity to choose from a list of modules that they want to be included in the course.

What is ReqTrac™?
The ReqTrac™ application is a talent management portal. Though this portal Terminus' staffing clients can create and manage their staffing requisition process. As candidates are identified and pre-screened by our recruiters, an introduction is made to the employer. Employers can then access the candidate's full profile and resume online and then determine the next step (phone screen, interview, or reject). Jobseekers are encouraged to self register and create job alerts with targeted keywords. When new employer staffing requisitions are created, an email will be sent to jobseekers with matched job alerts.
